Hotel Aarambh Jaipur – Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In – 1300 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out – 1100 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Identity Proof

In keeping with Government regulations, Hotel Aarambh Jaipur requests all guests (single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a valid photo identity for presentation at check-in.

• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

• Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo ID with address proof, such as a driving license, passport, Aadhar card, or voter ID card.

• PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID.

• Guests making corporate bookings are requested to carry proof of corporate affiliation.

Room Reservations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, reduce, or amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so at least 30 days prior to arrival.

• For no-shows or cancellations/amendments of group or conference bookings made within 30 days of arrival, a retention charge will be applicable.

• In case of early check-outs, retention will be charged for all originally booked nights that are released early.

• Bookings made under non-cancellable/non-amendable packages are non-refundable, and the full advance amount will be treated as the cancellation fee.

Child Policy

• Up to two children aged 6 years and below can stay in the parents' room at no additional charge.

• Only one child bed can be placed in the room, and it will be provided free of charge.

• Children above 6 years will be charged additionally.

• Requested a specific bed type? We'll try our best to accommodate your preference.

• Need an extra bed? We can provide one at ₹1,200 plus applicable taxes.

• Kids stay free (room only) – Two children below 6 years can stay free in the same room.

No Smoking

As per the Government of India regulations, Hotel Aarambh Jaipur is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel including rooms, restaurants, and public spaces.
